Report an incorrect check result
For the browser version check or free skill, send these details:
- The version line or package record you checked, after removing private details.
- Where it came from, such as
php -v,php-fpm -vor your package manager. - Your operating system and release.
- The result you received and the result you expected.
- A vendor advisory or package page that supports the correction, if you have one.
A terminal version can differ from PHP serving a website. The check and verify guide explains how to collect both.
Install the free skill
Version 1.1.0 uses one shared download for Codex and Claude Code. Follow the instructions for your assistant and keep the extracted plugin folder while using a local marketplace. If a manual install is missing, check the folder location and start a new assistant session.
Codex installation
Claude Code installation
For download problems, send the filename, version and error text. Never run a download that fails its checksum check.
Billing and account help
Online ordering is paused. For an existing payment or service question, email your order reference and a short description. Do not send card details.
Read the refund terms. For sign-in problems, include the sign-in method and error text, without your password or verification code. Account closure and data requests go to [email protected].
Job status and recovery
If a job page stops updating, return to the same job and refresh its status. Include its reference and last confirmed step when asking for help. A closed browser window does not establish that a server task stopped.
If a report says recovery failed or the server state is unknown, preserve the local job records and contact support. Ask your server administrator or hosting provider for help if the website is unavailable. Do not start a second update while the first job's state is unresolved.
Read about recovery or use the PHP update recovery guide.
Report a security issue
Email [email protected] with the affected page or software version, what happened and steps to reproduce it. Use only systems you are authorized to test, and leave out secrets and other customers' data.
Hosted assistant connector
The free PHPFixes remote connector compares a supplied PHP version line with recorded PHP2Shell fixes and finds public guides. Its two tools need no PHPFixes sign-in and have no server or account access. Use the connection guide and read the current connector privacy notice before sending information.
