Privacy
Short version: this website doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you around the web, and doesn't send anything you type anywhere. We only get your information when you email us.
The website
- No cookies, no ad trackers. We don't set cookies or use advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Visit counts only. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting and doesn't identify you.
- The version check runs in your browser. The version you type on the check page never leaves your device.
- The booking form doesn't submit to us. It builds an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.
When you contact or hire us
- We keep the emails you send us and the details needed to do the work: your name, email, company, server details and invoices.
- We use this only to quote, deliver, support and bill the work you asked for. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We don't store card numbers.
- Access credentials you give us are temporary and removed when the job ends.
How long we keep it
Job records and reports are kept for as long as you're a customer and for the period tax law requires afterwards. Ask us and we'll delete anything we're not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
