What does PHPFixes do?

PHPFixes helps website owners and server teams check PHP and install supported PHP2Shell security updates. Patch costs $249 USD per server after a free support check. You approve the plan and pay before PHPFixes updates PHP automatically.

What can I use now?

The free browser checker and local assistant tools are available. See services and current ordering availability for Scan, Patch, Care, Upgrade and Fleet. Each server or application must pass the selected service’s support check before paid work is offered.

How do I know which PHP service I need?

Start with the free version checker. Scan assesses a supported server. Patch installs an eligible vendor security update. For a newer PHP branch, review Upgrade’s supported application profile and current availability.

Do I need to buy Scan before Patch?

No. Patch begins with a free server support check before paid work is offered. You review the exact update plan and full charge before approving payment.

Which servers can Patch update?

Patch supports eligible operating-system PHP packages on Ubuntu 24.04 and Debian 12, using PHP-FPM to serve web requests. Processor type, package source, service health and recovery must pass the free check. Shared hosting, containers and custom PHP builds are outside this Patch path.

What access do I need?

You or your administrator run the command from your job page on a server you control. It needs administrator access and checks its download before starting. PHPFixes does not ask for your SSH password or private key.

Can an older PHP version already contain the fix?

Yes. Operating-system vendors can add security fixes while keeping an older PHP version number. The complete package build and the PHP actually running matter. Use the free version checker to compare supplied details, then use a server check for a supported setup.

What happens after I approve and pay?

After payment is confirmed, the runner performs the approved work automatically. Your job page shows its step and last server contact. If the service asks you to wait, return to the same job instead of starting a duplicate.

What if my update cannot finish?

If checks fail after a change, the runner attempts to restore the previous PHP packages and checks the result. If a paid Scan or Patch ends without confirmed completion, PHPFixes automatically queues a full refund. Recovery and refund status appear separately in your account.

What will my report show?

Scan reports package and running-PHP findings. Patch reports the approved update, checks after installation, any recovery and tasks that still need attention. Read the report in your account or download its JSON data for your administrator.

Will Patch remove an existing intrusion?

Patch updates the approved PHP packages. It does not clean an infected website or rebuild a compromised server. Scan can flag selected signs of compromise, but its limited search can miss earlier activity. Ask an administrator to investigate suspicious findings.

Can PHPFixes maintain PHP or move me to a newer branch?

Care is designed for an initial Patch, monthly scans and approved maintenance. Upgrade is designed for one supported read-only Docker application moving to a newer PHP branch. See service scope, prices and current ordering availability before planning an order.
